Back in January 2016, I was on a mission to find the perfect post training snack….high protein but low carb!
Being Type 1 Diabetic since the age of 11, low carb options are important in order to reduce the number of insulin injections I must administer – currently I average 5 per day! I also test my blood sugar levels around 8 – 10 times a day to ensure I stay within a healthy range.
Anyway, back to the point… I simply couldn’t find a product that ticked all the boxes, so I decided to develop my own recipe!
6 months later and after eating a tonne of cake (it’s a hard life), I had perfected my recipe; and even thought of a cool name (I think?!)
By August 2016 it was time to launch MMM to the public…. you guys – my amazing customers.
Almost 3 years later, going from experimenting in my little kitchen I now have my own MMM HQ in Beeston, not only that but I launched MMM Oats during the summer and I am now releasing NEW Cake flavours too, I guess you can say things are going deliciously well…
