Yes it’s true you can make WAFFLES with our versatile MyMuscleMug Cake Mix…. who doesn’t want high protein waffles after a hard workout?? Check out the below recipe!!

Peanut Butter Waffles
1 Peanut Butter MyMuscleMug Cake Mix
1 Medium Egg (we use free range)
70mls Unsweetened Almond Milk (but any milk will work!)
1 Cal Spray – approx 10 sprays
15g Meridian Coconut Almond Butter
5g Sprinkles

Instructions;
Mix the MMM and Egg in a bowl, add the milk until you have a thick batter consistency. 
When you spoon onto the waffle maker only place mix in the middle, it will “smoosh” down when you close the machine!!
Depending on your waffle maker you can get between 2 and 4 waffles!
The waffles take approx 2 minutes to cook – you want a soft middle and slightly browned on the outside.
Pop them on a plate, drizzle your almond butter and sprinkle your sprinkles!! ENJOY… oh don’t forget to take a snap and share on social media with us!!
