Coming in a pretty cool 300g pouch, with a handy scoop to measure your mix and water with ease you'll get 5 servings from one pouch.
Each serving makes 3-4 American style pancakes, or why not try making one big pancake!
Just perfect for you to choose your favourite toppings, whether it be a drizzle of sauce or some fresh berries! The choice is yours!

INGREDIENTS:
Flour Blend (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Raising Agents (Mono-Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Thickener (Xanthan Gum) Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk) (96%), Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Flavouring, Sweetener (Sucralose) Milk Protein Concentrate (93%), Whole Egg Powder, Raising Agents (E 450 (diphosphates), E 500 (sodium carbonates), Starch.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Simply heat your pan to a medium heat, use a little spray oil or butter.
Add 3 scoops of mix (60g) with 2 scoops (70ml) of water into a jug (a jug helps for pouring into the pan but a bowl is fine too!!)
Whisk well, and pour three equal sized rounds into a lightly greased pan. (You’ll have some leftover mix for an extra pancake or two)
Cook for approx 1 minute until you see it "fluff" up and bubbles appear, flip your pancakes and cook for a further minute.
Stack 'em up and enjoy with your favourite toppings.
