All MyMuscleMug mug cake mixes are GLUTEN FREE, LOW CARB and LOW FAT but with a minimum of 25g HIGH-QUALITY PROTEIN.

Directions:

Simply empty the cake mix into a large mug or bowl, add 100mls water or milk, then pop in the microwave.* In less than 2 minutes you will have a delicious, healthy MyMuscleMug mug cake! Eat straight from the mug, or turn out onto a plate to add your toppings and dig in.

*Keep an eye on your mug cake: it will rise so you may need to cook in short bursts!

Ok, so when I tipped the mix into my dedicated mugcake mug this morning, I was a bit disappointed with myself for picking something not primarily chocolate. But I mixed in my water, noticed the cherry bits and choc chips, started feeling a little better,,, Oh my goodness, it was yum. Nice fluffy texture, melted chocolate bits throughout, and soft, hot cherry bits... So so nice. As with the other MMM Cake I've tried, the mix isn't too sweet, which I personally love - you could always go mental adding stuff to sweeten if that's your thing. But yeah, this was a lovely breakfast on its own, but I reckon if you had this for dessert and maybe added a few accoutrements, you'd be well pleased too.
